Free Facilitation Service
When property owners are unable to fund restoration, the Foundation facilitates funding partnerships by connecting owners with pre-vetted investors who have demonstrated interest in heritage projects.
The Foundation's role is strictly limited to catalyzing agreements between property owners and external investors. This facilitation and matchmaking process is done entirely free of cost—the Foundation takes no fee or commission from either party for securing capital.
